Cancellation Policy
I have acknowledged that as a result in a No-Show or Giving less than a 24 hr cancellation may result in losing my deposit to the services that it may apply to. I understand that as a result in a No-Show I forfeit my appointment and am accountable for my absence. In the event you would like to reschedule your appointment, you may do so by giving us a call, any time up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.

To ensure other clients are being served in a timely manner, It is Pang Vang LLC's policy to promote a safe and secure environment within the salon. Any no show on the part of clients which jeopardizes Pang's schedule will result in a ban of services provided by Pang to me.
Refund / Returns Policy
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed.
Pang stands behind all it’s products including; L’ANZA, Redken, Matrix, Scwarzkof, Pravana, Maiblu, Scruples, & Wella. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased with Pang, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
All Sales of hair brushes, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) are final. No returns and no exchanges.
Tools (blow dryers, flat irons, etc) may be returned within 30 days of purchase, providing they are in their original packaging, for exchange only.

By booking an appointment with Pang Vang llc, I release Style and Grace by Pang Vang LLC
Stylist/Colorist Pang Vang, from any responsibility and/or liability concerning the
application, processing and/or consequences of the permanent chemical procedure of my hair. I consent to have a chemical process applied to my hair.
I release and hold Style and Grace by Pang Vang LLC, it's employees and it's agents harmless against any and all liability, damage, and/or expenses arising out of or in connection with actions, claims, and/or damages resulting in personal injuries and disabilities (physical and/or psychological) that I might incur as a result of the chemical altercation through temporary or permanent chemical processing of my hair. I understand that the stylist is not responsible for any damage or coloring that may happen on my clothes or personal belongings during or after the process.
I understand that additional conditioning treatments may be recommended and/or necessary for my hair maintenance and that permanent damage to my hair is possible due to the chemical application. I understand that any further alterations or corrections will be provided at my own expense. I understand that I am responsible for following through on aftercare / maintenance and will need to my own book future appointments if needed.
I have had the process and possible results adequately explained to me. I have been given the opportunity to make requests and ask questions. I understand that previous treatments and chemical services can continue to have an effect on my hair. It has been recommended to me that I fully disclose my previous treatments to my stylist prior to the treatment. It is also been recommended that I disclose any relevant medical conditions to my stylist.
I understand that my stylist is a certified technician who will try his or her best to create my desired results. I understand that the best way to assist my technician is to be clear about my requirements and expectations before the services are provided.
